SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services **only within the United States**. All orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address. We do not currently support international shipping or delivery to overseas territories or locations outside the United States.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders enter the processing stage once payment is successfully completed and verified. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, promotional events, or due to special circumstances such as inventory adjustments.

3. Shipping Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we may select from the following (or equivalent) logistics providers based on order type, delivery region, and available logistics resources:

FedEx
DHL Express (for select domestic U.S. services)

The specific carrier is determined based on actual circumstances; customers generally cannot select a specific logistics company.

4. Delivery Time

Standard domestic shipping within the U.S. is estimated to take 3–7 business days. Delivery times may be extended for remote areas, special addresses, or during peak shipping periods. All estimated times are for reference only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, the shipping address, and the selected shipping method.

6. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped. Customers can check the shipment status via the order page. The frequency of tracking updates is determined by the carrier and may be subject to delays.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and valid U.S. shipping address capable of receiving packages. If delivery fails, the package is returned, or additional shipping costs are incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to sign for the package, refusal of delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, the customer bears full responsibility and associated costs.

8. Transfer of Risk

Items enter the transit phase once handed over to the carrier. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the item is delivered to the shipping address and marked as signed for, successfully delivered, or confirmed as delivered by the carrier. 9. Shipping Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are shipped on time; however, this website assumes no liability for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, public incidents, traffic restrictions, carrier operational issues, system failures, or other force majeure events.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a received package shows signs of significant damage, we recommend that customers inspect it upon delivery and retain relevant evidence. In the event of product damage, missing items, or package loss during transit, please submit a description of the issue along with supporting documentation within a reasonable timeframe after receipt; we will assist in coordinating an investigation and resolution with the carrier.

11. Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, we reserve the right to ship items in separate batches—without prior notice—due to factors such as stock unavailability, inventory distribution, or warehouse shipping arrangements.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these shipping and delivery terms based on operational needs, adjustments to logistics policies, or legal and regulatory requirements. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the website and will apply to subsequent orders.
