1. What products do you sell?
We primarily sell high-quality bedding, including four-piece bedding sets, pillows, comforters, and related home textile products. All products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure comfort and durability.
2. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not support international shipping or delivery to locations outside the U.S.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on the shipping address, weather conditions, the carrier, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order total, the number of items, and the shipping address.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. Once the order enters the shipping process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
7. How can I check my order status?
Once the order has shipped, the system will provide tracking information. You can view the delivery progress and estimated arrival time on the order page.
8. What if the item I receive doesn't look exactly like the website photos?
Due to differences in display devices, lighting, and production batches, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or details compared to the website photos. These variations generally do not constitute quality issues.
9. What if there is a quality issue with the product?
If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or significant quality issues, please submit a request in accordance with our return and exchange policy. Upon verification, we will provide a solution based on our policy.
10. Do you offer subscription services?
No. All items are one-time purchases; you only pay the order amount at the time of purchase. We do not charge automatic renewals or recurring fees.
11. Can I purchase multiple items at once?
Yes. You can purchase any quantity of products you need, and the system will automatically calculate the total order amount and applicable shipping costs at checkout. 12. What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, peak periods, or carrier operations. In the event of a delay, please wait for tracking updates; the actual delivery time depends on the carrier's schedule.
13. Can the delivery address be outside the United States?
No. Currently, this website only accepts orders for and delivers to valid addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is within the U.S. before placing an order; otherwise, the order may not be processed or could be cancelled.
14. Can I still purchase an item if it is sold out?
Some popular items may be temporarily out of stock. Please refer to the product page for current stock status; restock times for sold-out items may vary.
