RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience for bedding products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund subject to the following terms.

1. Return Period

Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unwashed, and free from damage caused by the customer;
In original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories;
Suitable for resale;
Accompanied by valid order information or proof of purchase.

Returns are generally not accepted in the following cases:

Damage, staining, or wear caused by personal use;
Items that have been washed, used, or modified;
Items returned beyond the specified return period;
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable."
3. Refund Request Process
Submit a return request;
Obtain return authorization after the request is reviewed and approved;
Ship the item(s) back to the designated return address;
The refund process begins after the returned item(s) pass inspection.

Items shipped back without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns due to product quality issues, incorrect items shipped, or damage during transit, the return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by us upon verification.
6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, the refund will typically be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

The actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing times of your bank, credit card issuer, or payment service provider. 7. Partial Refunds

The item's packaging, accessories, or tags are missing;

8. Exchange Policy

If you receive an item with quality issues or damage caused during shipping, you may request an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability). If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another reasonable solution.

9. Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment account. For security and compliance reasons, refunds generally cannot be transferred to a different account or issued via a different payment method.

10. Policy Amendments
